Bitter and tangy to the taste. Reminiscent of cinnamon, cardamom, anise and cloves, the aroma reminds one of gingerbread.
Old Time Aromatic
Very fruity and very bitter. Citrus and dried fruit aromas unite with the spicy and bitter  avors of cloves, angostura bark and cin- namon.
Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter
Bitter, sweet and spicy. According to the traditional Creole style, fruity and  oral aromas unite with the  avors of anise, caraway and fennel.
Creole
Fresh and fruity-tangy with an unbelievably intense citrus note. They are bitter to the taste with  avorful notes of coriander and carda- mom in the background.
Lemon
Bright and complex, yet citrusy. A dominant grapefruit aroma and  avor mellows into the vegetal green  avors of hops. A great bitters for citrus-heavy drinks that may otherwise feel dull or overly sweet.
Grapefruit
The fruity sweetness at the beginning is quickly followed by a very bitter taste. The aroma of bitter orange peel is in the fore- front, followed by spicy  avors of carda- mom, carraway and nutmeg.
Orange
Very complex and exotic. The initial  avor of celery is dominant, leading into a com- plex palate with aromas of lemongrass, or- ange peel and ginger.
Celery
Exotic notes of citrus and spice are balanced by a grassy-fresh green tea bouquet. Backed up with herbal notes from juniper berries, coriander seeds and maze.
Tonic
Dark, rich and complex. A bitter chocolate nose leads the palate to dark chocolate, cinnamon and spice  avors that are supported by classic European bitter herbs.
Chocolate
Delicate peach notes, balanced with hints of almonds and blended with spices and balanced bitter nuances. Fruity with a faint almond bitterness from the pits; the natural aroma of fresh peaches dominates while a fresh citrus and unobtrusive spice  avors round out the  avor.
Peach
Including 5 different  avors in a lovely designed tin box this kit is the perfect addition to anybody’s home bar.
The  avors are Celery Bitters, Old Time Aromatic Bitters, Orange Bitters, Creole Bitters and Jerry Thomas’ Bitters.
Cocktail Bitters Traveler’s Set
A digestive liqueur  rmly rooted in the traditions of both classic sweet vermouths and alpine digestive tonics.It’s as delicate as the  nest vermouths. Enjoy Elixier in a pre-dinner Manhattan, a Negroni or neat after a rich meal to aid digestion. Tasting Notes: Elixier is velvety smooth but also clean, aromatic and herbaceous. It embodies the caramel sweetness of port and the bitter  avors of a classic Italian Amaro.
Elixier
This liqueur combines the juice of sun-ripened apricots from Klosterneuburg, Germany, with an apricot schnapps that is distilled from the same fruit. The distinctive fruitiness and reduced sugar content of this apricot liqueur is captivating, and indispensible in many classic and modern cocktail recipes. Tasting Notes: Sweet and fruity. The aroma of ripe apricots is dominant. In the background,a hint of almond from the apricot pit is prevalent.
Apricot Brandy
Made from wild violet blossoms that grow in the Alps, they are then added to the  nest grain (neutral) spirit. It captures the delicate and elegant  avors of this fragile  ower in a very impressive way. This authentic violet liqueur  ts perfectly in classic cocktails like The Aviation and The Blue Moon, true to the original recipes, as well as modern cocktails such as the Violette Fizz. Tasting Notes: Slightly sweet and very  owery. The violet aroma is very subdued and natural.
Creme de Violette
This liqueur combines the characteristics of a spiced aperitif wine and a natural  oral liqueur. Enjoy it chilled on ice, with champagne as an aperitif or use it in any numerous cocktails and long drink recipes. Tasting Notes: A luminous golden color and a fresh rich bouquet, o ering a great variety of  avors. Dominated by elder owers, complemented by spicy aromas of honey, and fruity notes of quince and grape.
Elderflower
The Bitter Truth – Pimento Dram is based on selected pimento (also known as all-spice or jamaica pepper) and the  nest Jamaican rum. English explorers created the term allspice because the berry seemed to embody the  avors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove all at once. On the Caribbean island of Jamaica, this distinctive aromatic liqueur has been produced for generations by macerating all-spice in rum. Tasting Notes: Sweet, spicy and very intense. Clove initially presents itself in the foreground, fading into the pure  avors of cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper which linger on the tongue.
Pimento Dram
An exotic spiced liqueur with a base rooted from the  nest Caribbean Rum. The full-bodied Caribbean Rum which is used as a base, supports the complex exotic  avour pro le composed of spicy ginger, citrus fruits, almonds and all-spice. This Falernum can be sipped neat or on ice but it also goes well with aged spirits like Whisk(e)y, Rum and Brandy. And of course it’s an indispensable ingredient in numerous Tiki Drinks. Tasting Notes: Rich and complex in  avor. A spicy ginger nose with cloves and a hint of vanilla preceds an even more subtle ginger taste, and ending with notes of almond and vanilla. An all-spice tingle on the tongue develops into a long  nish with a zest of lime.
Golden Falernum
The tradition of blending gin and bitters was  rst established by members of the Royal Navy to cure sea sickness. A delicious blend of traditionally crafted gin and aromatic bitters, it is designed to please modern tastes with a soft and gentle mouth feel paired with  ne, complex  avors. Best used on its own, as a Gin & Tonic or in your favorite Martini Cocktail. Tasting Notes: The nose of this  avoured gin is dominated by complex fruity and  oral aromas. The taste is very smooth with distinctive  avors of juniper berries in the fore- ground surrounded by spicy  avors of licorice, caraway and fennel.
Pink Gin
The Bitter Truth's Orange Flower Water is very flowery and subtle. It is natural yet unobtrusive in its flavor of bitter orange blossoms, a perfect product for classic drinks like the Ramos Gin Fizz.
